We only ship to Indian subcontinent (as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partner)
Default shipping is via Delhivery Logistics. To ship via logistics of your choice, please contact our support team. Orders are dispatched on Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 4.00 PM will be shipped on next working day In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 15 days from date of order shipping, no complaint after 15 days will be entertained.
Some products may have special lead time, So kindly go through the products information page before you place order.
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the software adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.
Volumetric price will be applied when shipment weight is less but the size is big. (Example a cotton pillow may weight less, it occupies more space in the container) Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving correct address.
